Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Wayfarer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wayfarer.

Wayfarer is a travel organisation tool that reads booking confirmation emails you forward to trips@way-farer.io and builds a structured itinerary automatically. It also provides manual trip management, an AI co-pilot assistant, and trip sharing features.

The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, accuracy of AI email parsing, or completeness of extracted booking details.

You must provide a valid email address to use Wayfarer. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service if you are under 16 years of age, or under the minimum age required by the laws of your country to enter into contracts.

You agree not to:

• Forward emails that you do not own or have authorisation to share
• Use the Service to store, process, or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Use the Service in a way that damages, overloads, or impairs its infrastructure

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Wayfarer, including the content of emails you forward and trip information you create. By using the Service, you grant Wayfarer a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to forward any emails you send to the Service. Do not forward emails containing third parties' personal data without their consent.

Wayfarer uses AI to extract details from booking emails. Parsing is not always perfect. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your itinerary, particularly for time-critical information such as flight times, confirmation numbers, and booking references.

We are not liable for any loss, missed flights, or other consequences arising from inaccurate AI parsing of your booking emails.

Wayfarer is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. Your feedback is welcomed and helps improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayfarer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed travel connections, lost bookings, or data loss.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@way-farer.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
